The Mercy Ministry is our outreach to both those in our community and throughout the world. We come together as a faith community to help individuals and families in need. We assist approximately 45,000 people annually, with the help of around 450 volunteers serving in our 22 different programs and services.
We supply our food pantry and other ministries by generous donations from our friends and parishioners. To donate, please come to the receiving door at the Mercy Center, Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 2:00 pm. Our Parish Office also receives donations during regular hours and our ushers, too, at weekend Masses. Or, learn more about our fundraisers and donating financially.
We are unable to accept clothing at this time. Thank you!
Our ministry is only possible because of our caring volunteers. If you feel called to serve in our Food Pantry, we offer training several Saturdays throughout the year. If you are interested in volunteering in the office, call us at 281-469-2687. To learn more about volunteering in one of our other ministries, click the links below. Volunteers must be Safe Haven trained.
If you, or someone you know, is in need of assistance, we’re here to help. Come to the Mercy Center, Tuesday – Friday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, and meet with us to learn how we can assist you.
