Youth Ministry
Welcome to Our Youth Ministry!
At Prince of Peace, we dream of a vibrant, Spirit-led parish where every person is known, loved, and sent.
We are a community rooted in Jesus Christ—where faith becomes action, worship is alive, and everyone finds a place to belong. Here, disciples are formed, friendships are deep, and our mission extends beyond the walls of the church into neighborhoods, schools, and nations.
This is more than a dream. It's who we are becoming—together, guided by the Holy Spirit.
Prince of Peace Youth Motto
Rooted in the Father’s vision, our motto for all teens is:
“This is my home. This is my mission.”
What are Youth Nights all about?
Interesting in Walking with Our Young People on Their Faith Journey?
Who Can Serve: Anyone who is passionate about working with young people, upholds Catholic teachings, and is willing to serve as a positive role model.
What We Do: We engage in organizing and leading activities such as retreats, social events, faith formation sessions, and service projects to support the spiritual growth, provide guidance, and foster a sense of community among the youth.
Why You Should Serve: To share their Catholic faith, mentor young individuals, create a sense of belonging, and help them grow in their relationship with God and the Church.
When We Volunteer: We volunteer every week during our youth nights, at weekend retreats, and at other important youth events.
Required Safe Environment Training
Our archdiocese requires all adult volunteers 18 and up to complete safe environment training.
This short one-hour online training teaches people how to create a secure and protected environment for everyone, especially children, by recognizing and preventing potential risks or harm.
