Volunteer with the Pro-Life Ministry

Who Can Serve

Any Safe-Environment-certified adult 18 and up.

You do not have to be Catholic to participate in Pro-Life activities.

All are welcome! We are a Catholic group, therefore a Christian group, and all we do is enlivened and influenced by Christ, His church, and Her teachings.

This is a ministry where you can be valued, put your faith into action, and learn more about being pro-life.

You do not need to be an expert in pro-life issues to participate, as we are all learning and bringing value to the process.

What Volunteers Do
  • Coordinate days of prayer, vigils, Adoration events, rosaries, and gatherings for prayer at abortion facilities
  • Plan presentations by professional speakers on pro-life topics
  • Create displays of literature and other materials designed to educate, inspire, and equip people to embrace the pro-life teachings of the Church.

Why You Should Serve

You have the opportunity to help build a way of life that encourages the love and respect for all people from conception to natural death.

You can live out your calling of the Holy Spirt to defend our faith, express our growing concerns regarding the erosion of religious freedom in the United States, and become an example for others to follow.

Required Safe Environment Training

If you are 18 years old and above, our archdiocese requires all adult volunteers to complete safe environment training.

This short one-hour online training teaches people how to create a secure and protected environment for everyone, especially children, by recognizing and preventing potential risks or harm.

“The Religious Freedom conferences have made me aware of the many ways the culture is contrary to our faith, the importance of countering this culture to be able to preserve and live out my faith, and how to do that.”
