Who Can Serve

All adults (18 & older) and families are also welcomed to volunteer. Volunteers must be available in the afternoons and/or Saturdays and please ask for opportunities for youth to earn required service hours or serve alongside parents/adult chaperones.

What Volunteers Do

Help grow and harvest fruits and vegetables in the community garden.

When We Serve

This year-round program offers two hours of outdoor enjoyment on Saturday mornings, and possibly additional mornings during the summer while providing our pantry with fresh produce.

Why You Should Serve

Because it allows you to help grow fresh and nutritious food, making a positive impact on the health and well-being of those in need.

Safe Environment Training

If you are 18 years old and above, our archdiocese requires all adult volunteers to complete safe environment training.

This short one-hour online training teaches people how to create a secure and protected environment for everyone, especially children, by recognizing and preventing potential risks or harm.
