Keenagers October Guest Speaker: Jackie Bachmeier about Health and Wellness

Keenagers, a ministry for people ages 55 and up who meet monthly for prayer, fun, and fellowship each month, will meet on Thursday, October 26th at 10 am in the Fr. Ryan Stawaisz Community Center for a potluck lunch and welcome Guest Speaker Jackie Bachmeier from Evolution Fitness & Wellness, share tips on exercise and fitness for those 50+.
