Prince of Peace will offer a 40-person pilgrimage to Oklahoma City, Blessed Stanley’s hometown, from April 24-28, 2025. Packages start at $1,019. We’ll host an information session about the pilgrimage on Saturday, January 11th from 10 am to 12 pm in Room 108/110 of the St. Joseph Center. Go to POPHouston.org/okc for details. On April 24-28, 2025, Prince of Peace will offer a pilgrimage of about 40 people to Oklahoma City on a Pilgrimage about Blessed Stanley Rother, an American priest known for his selfless missionary work in Guatemala.
Killed on July 28, 1981 in Guatemala, he became the first American-born martyr recognized by the Catholic Church.
