Several activities are free for all and the rest are very affordable.

All new recruits to the pack are invited for free to all events, so invite your friends!

Scouts can attend 3 events and earn your National Summertime Award Pin!

6/22 Galveston Day Trip- Trip to the Beach and Galveston Rail Road Museum 

Meet at the Historical Strand in Downtown Galveston

Afternoon trip to Galveston RailRoad Museum with guided Scout Tour

 

6/29 1 PM – Houston Ship Channel Tour-Free

Boat leaves at 2 PM

 

7/4 9:30AM July 4th Parade and Patriotic Bike Contest- on Normont Dr – Norchester Subdivision

Parade is led by a Fire Truck through the neighborhood and ends at the big community pool. 

Swimming and festivities.

 

7/30-Astros vs Pirates Game at Minute Maid 7:10 PM

8/10 Sam Houston Memorial Museum Huntsville Day Trip

The Sam Houston Memorial Museum is an educational institution that teaches about the exciting history of Texas and the life of Sam Houston and his family through a variety of programs and exhibits.  The complex is situated on 15 acres of the original farm of over 200 acres owned by General Sam Houston and his family from 1847-1858. 8/17 10 AM-12:30 PM Houston Area Live Steamers and Picnic-Free

Come enjoy a ride on a scale model steam/diesel engine train at Zube Park. Ride for 15 minutes on a mile long track through the park. Afterward the pack will enjoy a picnic and play at the park. Splash pad available.
