Society of St. Vincent de Paul
Those needing assistance after the recent disasters from Hurricane Beryl and recent weather changes, including severe storms, derecho winds, tornadoes, and flooding events, call 2-1-1 to be connected to a St. Vincent de Paul conference in your area.

In response, the city of Houston, various precincts in Harris County, and local non-profits are opening cooling centers to help people avoid the extreme heat during the power outage after Hurricane Beryl.
There will be several centers open on Wednesday, July 10, for people to take refuge from the heat.
