Annulment Ministry
About
Getting an annulment in the Catholic Church can provide individuals the opportunity for a fresh start by recognizing a marriage as invalid, allowing them to move forward with their spiritual life and potentially remarry within the Church.
Have questions?Who Can Apply for an Annulment
Any baptized Catholic or RCIA convert to Catholicism who believe that their marriage was not validly entered into according to the teachings of the Catholic Church may be eligible to seek an annulment.
You must be divorced already, as we cannot begin any annulment if the divorce is not final.

Volunteers must complete a six week training course through the Archdiocese of Galveston Houston.
If you are 18 years old and above, our archdiocese requires all adult volunteers to complete safe environment training.
This short one-hour online training teaches people how to create a secure and protected environment for everyone, especially children, by recognizing and preventing potential risks or harm.
